Train fare hikes are unfair!

This week there has been yet more outrage in response to the government’s decision to increase the fares for rail journeys once again. People have to charge more and more to their credit cards in the wake of trying to make financial ends meet as a result of this hike and furthermore, some people are returning to the use of their cars which is no doubt going to have a devastating effect on the environment.  If the services had been improved at all over the past year then the increase could almost be justified but I seem to experience delays every single time I travel by rail.
